Blackout Tattoo Festival – Concept Poster

In 2025, as part of my studies at the Estonian Academy of Arts, I designed a concept poster for Blackout, a blackwork tattoo festival. This piece explores materiality, digital texturing, and modern internet aesthetics while playing with contrasts of black, white, and light.

The design merges experimental typography with layered textures to create a bold and immersive visual identity. I focused on evoking the raw, artistic essence of blackwork tattooing while maintaining a contemporary, forward-thinking style.
